The B124 Power Magic Ultra Battery charges extremely fast after turning on your vehicle. With direct power on the battery, the charging time is only 40 minutes. If connected to the 12V “cigarette lighter” connection, this also goes very fast with 80 minutes.
Expanding your Battery Life
Simply connect a B124E “Power Magic Expansion Battery” to your B124 to double the battery capacity.
It is possible to link several B124Es in succession for an even larger backup battery.
Note: the B124E can not be used separately.

Thanks to the B124 Power Magic Ultra Battery, your dashcam can actively monitor your car for up to 24 hours while it is switched off. All this without the battery of your car being charged.
By default, our dashcams automatically switch to parking mode after 5 minutes of downtime. From this moment on, the dashcam only takes on as soon as there are shocks detected via the built-in G-sensor, or when motion is detected. This offers a number of major advantages, such as:
• Less chance that important files will be overwritten during long parking sessions.
• Only relevant recordings are stored, which makes the search for the right recording a lot easier in case of an event.
• When detecting movement or shock, a number of seconds for this moment are also recorded in the recording.
• The dashcam consumes significantly less power since it is not constantly activated. This allows you to use i.c.m. the B124 use the parking mode even longer.
Battery Manager App
BlackVue Power Magic Ultra Battery supports Bluetooth for compatibility with the BlackVue Battery Manager app (Android and iOS).
During charging, the app displays the charging percentage, the charging voltage and the expected remaining charging time, among other things.
As soon as the vehicle is switched off, the app shows how long the B124 can still be used before the battery is empty. This calculates the B124 based on the average power consumption of your dashcam.
